A Positive Thing that I'm Going to Do During the Mid-Semester Break is ...
..studying.I think 80%-90% of the students will write this.To be frank, i will never knew i what i'm going to do until the moment comes.Maybe i'll be studying or spending time with my family or maybe hanging around with my buddies, which i think would be a positive thing to do.It depends on my mood.However, studying will be on top of my 'going to do' list because it is something that i rarely do.Spending time with my family and hanging around with friends are just common things that i do.So i am hoping to get the mood to study.All right guys,nothing much left to say.i'm signing out.bye-bye
Tips t0 Study Smart and Save Time
Learning is a process similar to building a house. You aren’t fed the complete picture. Limitations on communication prevent the instantaneous transmission of knowledge. Instead you listen to lectures, read textbooks and take painstaking notes to try and comprehend a subject. The alternative strategy is to focus on actually using the information you have to build something. This involves linking concepts together and compressing information so it fits in the bigger picture. Shift abstract ideas closer by coming up with vivid pictures, feelings and images that relate information together. When I learned how to do a determinant of a matrix, I remembered the pattern by visualizing my hands moving through the numbers, one adding and one subtracting. Other strategy is find someone who doesn’t understand the topic and teach it to them. This exercise forces you to organize. Lastly don’t spend much time studying before exams. Forcing information during the last few days is incredibly inefficient. Instead try to slowly interlink ideas as they come to you so studying becomes a quick recap rather than a first attempt at learning.

This is a very important tips for fat people.Seriously most Malaysian has excessive weight.So this time I’ll give you some tips on reducing body weight.Firstly, find out how many calories you need.You must know your target and work out to achive the target.Next is eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.Fruits and vegetables are packed with beneficial fibers, vitamins and antioxidants. They fill up your stomach fast so you feel full earlier. They are also low in calories and helps to keep your calorie count low.Third is watch for portion size.If you have meals at restaurant,aware with the portion of meals per serving.you don’t have to finish one whole plate,youcan take back home.Lastly, do not Skip Meals.Eating small frequent meals help to balance your calorie intake throughout the day and also keeps your blood sugar level balanced. Instead of eating 3 big meals, try to eat 5 - 6 smaller meals throughout the day.

Nowadays we use lots of money to spend in a day.All goods price are rose.we can do nothing about that.So we must take several way to decrease our expenses. One of the efficient way is by lowering electric bills.there are some tips to reduce electric bills.firstly unplug all those small wall transformers that are not is use. The ones you use to charge your cell phone cameras, and such. They all use small amounts of electricity when even when not being used. Feel the warmer they are the more electricity they are using.Next is use your cloths dryer less. Hang your clothes to dry. Wash and Dry only full loads.Third is turn off your lights. Replace all your incandescent lights with lower power fluorescent bulbs. They generate less heat and use electricity.Next turn your computer off when it is not being used. Excess body fat increases your chances for high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, some types of cancer and other illnesses. But being too thin can increase your risk for osteoporosis, menstrual irregularities and other health problems. If you're constantly losing and regaining weight, a registered dietitian can help you develop sensible eating habits for successful weight management. Regular exercise is also important to maintaining a healthy weight. Lastly is reduce but don't eliminate certain foods. Most people eat for pleasure as well as nutrition. If your favorite foods are high in fat, salt or sugar, the key is moderating how much of these foods you eat and how often you eat them.everybody must aware that most of desease come from food that we eat so by practicing healthy eating habits is the best way.

Last time I gave you tips on overcoming stress.Now I’ll give you tips on saving fuels.I’m sure all of you know that fuels price is very expensive.We must do something that can save our fuels and money.One of the best ways to save fuels is to simply reduce your speed.Secondly is check your tire pressure.Next is Check your air filter. A dirty air filter restricts the flow of air into the engine, which harms performance and economy.After that accelerate with care.Sudden acceleration took much fuels.next tip is open the window.Try not to use air conditioner because it consume more energy.we must take fresh air sometimes.lastly the best tip is don’t drive.just walk.hahaha..
