Tips On Overcoming Stress

Stress is difficult to define or measure. Some people thrive on a busy lifestyle and are able to cope well with life crises. Other people feel tensed or stressed by the slightest deviation from their set daily routine.For this time I want to share with all of you some tips on avoiding stress.First tip is by doing stress list.List down all the things that can make you stress.for example being late to submit assignments.So when you realize that the thing can make you stress,try to find the bestsolution.make sure you not postpone your work.Dont wait until the due date to start the work.Next is whwn you stress try to do mental relaxation.You can do it by take a long bath or hear slow music.you also can do some exercise like jogging or play some sport such as volley ball.Besides you must avoid taking alcohol or smoking because it only makes you become more stress.Thats all for now.I will give you more tips next time.
